Pros
The core of the team are easy going people. Young team but eager. The rest of the company is great as well...small and cozy 40 people. CEO is approachable and he shows that he truly cares about his staff.
Cons
The lack of leadership within the sales team is apparent from day 1. We as new hires found ourselves treading water to stay afloat in a system where the leadership is all talk and no action. I wish I was warned before I joined the company. Within my first week for I realize that there is no onboarding or training. We were brought on only to be left on an island to fend for ourselves. I slowly realize there was huge favoritism and if you don't drink the kool aid, you are not welcome on the team. I didn't feel I was set up for success for supported. As a warning, if you are desperate for a job, this will take up space on your resume but don't count on it lasting with the way things are going. If you have a decent job, don't leave. It really isn't worth it. The salesforce data is so bad that you end up wasting your time calling the wrong people, which defeats the purpose. If you decide to join the sales team at this stage, expect reading google docs and listening to demo recordings for product training.
