      Pros

      There is no perfect company but this is just about as good as it gets. Lumea has the most down to earth employees you will ever meet. There are no egos. Just a lot of hard working individuals that are very passionate about what they do. I especially love the new CEO. He is the people’s CEO. Nicest guy you will ever meet that is truly dedicated to making Lumea the best company possible

      Don’t be afraid to make hard decisions. There are so many things going well for this company but sometimes it seems like we might be at risk for people taking advantage of the amazing culture and kindness.
