- To be so small, the company struggles with good communication across teams, leadership is to blame as they only inform others on a need to know basis. This often results in confusion, frustration and duplication or wasted efforts. - Need for diversity and inclusion in the leadership team, especially women and POC. - Need to promote within the company for self-starters
