I have had tremendous opportunity to grow my career at Lumentum. I have a dynamic development plan that is actively supported by my leaders and includes stretch internal projects/assignments to give me insight into areas I am interested in, and external investment (advanced education and professional coaching). The organization is implementing many new programs that, I believe, are truly making Lumentum a best in class employer.
Cons
The organization is dynamic and high-performance is expected. Constant change is not for everyone, but my experience has been that you can really leverage that change at Lumentum to drive personal growth and an amazing sense of team achievement.
