The company is trying hard to make it a great place to work, as the target is make it "the best in the world". Employees can feel the company is considerate and caring in all aspects of daily activities. It allows room for employees to work hard as well as to relax, and provides great support financially and technically. The expanded team that I am in is filled with superior field experts and really nice people. Personally I just can't find a better work place than at Lumentum.
