I am proud to be a member of the Lumeris family, a mission focused company deploying technology to reduce friction for patients and health care providers through more thoughtful care navigation, healthcare gap closure and chronic disease management. The solution is premised on the fact that health happens between healthcare points of contact and that meeting patients more real-time using technology allows for more predictive, proactive, preventive and personalized care. The experience with Lumeris in my short time here has been amazing. I cannot say enough great things about my interview and recruitment process. While the interviewers sought to learn about me and my ability to impact and fit into the culture, the transparency of the leaders that interviewed me is unmatched with any previous interview experience.
