Pros

The compensation is fair and work life balance is okay for the client model. Co workers are smart and driven people with interesting work experiences. Female led company is great to see in an consulting and agency environment with great clients.

Cons

This is a small business that unfortunately feels like an unprofessional work environment that feels toxic for many employees, especially for who this is not their first job and are not willing to tolerate feeling bullied, dealing with favoritism and feeling demeaned by the competitive feel of the 'small town' office culture, etc . Some people are able to grit their teeth and bear it and enjoy the perks for an okay entry level position. But if you are looking for a professional, fair and warm work culture you can learn alot from, I recommend looking at a different organization.

Pros

Great client list, programs that make an impact and fun coworkers.

Cons

It's a workplace that often felt inconsistent with their stated values and unprofessional: Some days were great, and then suddenly everything would change. I saw what seemed to be excessive and open favoritism. Personally, I often felt belittled, humiliated and or demoralized by leadership. I did not see a lot of opportunities for career progression.
