Pros
Only a handful of genuine people left at the company.
Cons
All levels of management have shown a lack of basic respect toward its employees. There is constant bullying from supervisors to their direct subordinates. Fear based "teaching" is used on a regular basis to train new employees. Aggressive behavior from upper management and customers on a daily basis, including verbal abusive, name calling. There is no regard for an employees personal life-management will question every detail if an employee needs time off, it is very violating and demeaning. Employees are embarrassed and humiliated when a procedural mistakes are made. Non-paid overtime is essentially expected, as the workload is overwhelming for every department. If you show signs of "learning quickly" management will pile on the work and expect the most from you, yet they do not pay. You are working for management to get commission, for upper management to succeed. Any other position is considered peasant status. Attrition rate is very high! Very little diversity in different departments.
