No pros as the shortlisted candidate

The assessment given wasn't even doable and it explicitly shows the organization itself had no idea on the procedure and is just getting their job done by just giving the shortlisted candidates in a way called assessment. It is best not to do as I spent 5hrs and realized later. Regret it later

Work time is flexible and its remote

Management is not good. They themself are confuse with the procedure. No proper training is provided and self learning is a requirement there. No other proper benefits other that medical & basic salary
