Sometimes chaotic and unclear priorities from upper management (who are now gone, to be fair).

(Formerly) had great people and culture. Good work life balance.

Outsourced the entire the company to India and laid off 95% of US staff. Slightly lower average pay than other tech companies. Near the end the company was unable to produce viable product due to mismanagement and lack of engineering resources and talent.
