Pros

This school system is located only minutes away from Hall and Forsyth county schools systems and they strive to make it worth the drive for teachers to work there.

Cons

Teachers are under valued and heavily micromanaged. Minimal emphasis on student discipline. Very little support from parents who frequently make the local newspaper airing out their petty differences with teachers. Pay is low. It is a charter school system, which in Georgia means that teachers have no tenure and few legal rights as compared to non-charter public schools in the state.
