Pros
Some nice people within sales and operations group. I was never micro-managed here. A fast-paced work environment that is a good short term experience for your career. Good place if you are tired of or don't care about career advancement and not important what technology you develop, market, or sell.
Cons
Salary is below average, no potential salary increase. Tension internally sometimes gets high and it was mainly a management issue. there is no sense of team playing here. No profit sharing/bonus. Not a place for you if either you seek leadership or your knowledge in your field is average or above. Buys from china, re-labels and sells in US.
