Pros
Employees seem nice and kind. A youthful and open-minded atmosphere with great diversity. Many international employees, providing opportunities to build a nice career if you’re fortunate. Good employee benefits. You can get a healthy work-life balance if needed.
Cons
There’s subtle bullying, cliques, and gossip. Juniors are treated as replaceable rather than employees to nurture. People appear nice and friendly on the surface, but behind the scenes, quieter or vulnerable employees are subtly harassed out of sight. Unfortunately, most people dismiss these behaviors as mere jokes and don’t take them seriously. The company culture demands saying “yes,” making “no” essentially impossible. Although remote work is officially allowed, in reality, you may face criticism or even be pushed out for “not coming into the office.”. Rather than welcoming new hires, the company tends to judge and evaluate them.
