      Smart people Highly skilled development/engineering team Leadership that is willing to acknowledge when they are wrong People don't take themselves too seriously, they take their work seriously Friendly colleagues Frequent manager catchups Senior Management willing to listen to your opinion (better bring facts though) Compoany provides excellent work tools Medical Aid Free massages Free Lunch

      Cons

      Company learning to scale properly Not a large set of benefits The company doesn't take probation seriously, basically, everyone gets through which means if you find out someone isn't as good as they said they were and fooled the recruitment process, you're stuck with them.

      Great Culture miss everyone in ZA and the US.

      None would work for them again in a heartbeat.
