Hi there, We appreciate all reviews, but it's great to get one from a Lunaut who has been with us a while! We're glad that you're still enjoying being part of an amazing team with an amazing mission. As you said, we're here to upgrade the world to a better financial system and we realise that our ambition is a huge one. In terms of the benefits, you're right in that some of our benefits that were a function of being in the office (e.g. catered lunch or travel allowance for those in SA) were paused although as we have started to allow access into the offices again, where possible, then lunch is back on the menu. Although we feel it is a little too early to allow Hydra (our massage service) to re-open! We hope our work from home payment also went some way towards the costs of working from home, or at least helped make the home environments of our Lunauts a little more comfortable. We're very keen to keep the best elements of our culture as we scale and believe with the backing of DCG we can achieve this and realise our ambition, but we look to you and fellow Lunauts to keep us honest!
