small company so there's not much room for growth

Overall great company culture where everyone gets along and respects one another. We are team focused, we assist each other as needed for the success of everyone within the company. I am amazed by the ethics of Lunova. We will only do work that is in our client's best interest even if it means walking away from a financial reward, this is the complete opposite of companies I have previously worked with. Work hard play hard environment, we love to have fun but we also know when it's time to focus on business. We are not micromanaged and have flexible schedules which is ideal for work-life balance. I no longer get anxious on Sundays dreading the thought of going back into the office on Monday. Actually, I never catch myself saying "I don't want to go to work" which was a regular occurrence during my past jobs so thank you Lunova!
