i am very proud of the quality of work that we do, and of how far we have come in the advertising world in the 12 years that i have been there. it is a very congenial group and I am proud of how well we come together as a team to do the amount of work that we do. There has only been one round of layoffs in company history and that was two years ago.
Cons
As one of the "older crowd," i have been in the business a long time and know what i am doing. There is a dearth of training for the younger ones, and most of them are bewildered and either catch on or leave to go elsewhere. "Sink or swim,"if you will. We are also woefully understaffed and always will be. Being tired is a constant state of affairs.
