      possible christmas bonus based on tenure

      Cons

      took away inside sales commission the day before pay day; NO prior warning; poor management, no advancement or bonus potential; if your a woman your opinion does NOT matter at all. poor management , lack of compensation but more work . DONT work here you will regret it. I wish I read something like this before I took the job.
