Pros
The main pro is we still get to work from home which is hard to find in this current climate. They also allow us to learn and develop ourselves as we see fit and actively try to help and guide us to achieve our goals which is a great plus
Cons
The con of us all working from home is we rarely see our colleagues but they do try organise events to allow this
