Pros
NONE EXISTENT AT ALL - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Cons
Steer clear unless you enjoy instability, zero autonomy, and a culture of fear. This company is a case study in how not to lead. Working at Lyca Group has been one of the most demoralizing experiences of my career. The company operates under a shockingly dysfunctional hierarchy. There is virtually no genuine management structure—decisions are dictated solely by the CEO/co-founder, who remains completely disconnected from day-to-day operations. Those labeled as "leadership" exist only to parrot his directives, creating an environment devoid of critical thinking or accountability. In recent months, the company pressed the "self-destruct button" by abruptly terminating approximately 90% of its workforce, leaving remaining employees in constant fear for their jobs. The lack of transparency or compassion during this process was appalling. Beyond internal chaos, there are serious ethical red flags. The company faces widespread rumors of unresolved tax liabilities across multiple countries, coupled with troubling questions about financial practices that have left employees uneasy about its long-term viability. Legal and compliance risks appear to be an afterthought.
