      Hard to think of anything really positive... Lower level employees are hard workers? Not really since the Sr leaders don't lead by example and are done by 3:30

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch and does not live up to our own company values. I think we are on a slow death spiral.

      Pros

      Overall, the community that was built at Lydig was hard to leave. The people are what makes the company great.

      Cons

      Upper management needs to be restructured. There are a lot of traditional ways of managing the company that needs to change.
