      Probably you can chill for another 4~5 months because the next layoff will be in Nov. Because it's in KTLO mode, probably you can also chill more.

      Cons

      No future. No growth for engineers because of KTLO mode.

      Pros

      When I worked there: great people, great work environment, people cared about you, met my best friends there. You get to really impact decisions - there was a hierarchy but all senior levels genuinely cared about your opinion / ideas

      Cons

      It could be very manager dependent, get ready for a lot of org changes
