Pros

Most people are kind and relaxed Interesting problems to solve Great work life balance Unlimited PTO that people actually use

Cons

Leadership is as awful as everyone says Path to profitability is no longer viable Laid off 40% of staff between November 22 and April 23. Best people are gone. Everyone else is interviewing Pure chaos. Unclear who is working on what or why Terrible comp given current market No vision. Poor execution. Roadmaps and prioritzation exercises primarily for show Little to no data used to validate or inform decisionmaking Leadership focuses on useless vanity projects that don’t contribute to business goals, pointless and constant reorgs, and planning ongoing layoffs Leaders will outright lie about who contributed to projects to protect themselves and their inner circle at the expense of everyone else. Lots of gaslighting and DARVO has created a toxic culture Lots of people are doing almost nothing. There’s a low hiring bar for most roles and there’s virtually no performance management. As long as you always agree with your leadership chain, you can coast. Means that certain individuals and teams are carrying significant and disproportionate workloads though New CEO needs to clean house and fix a broken product. Just stating that we are customer obsessed all the time is meaningless and untrue
