Pros
Innovative technology that goes way beyond an RTOS/microkernel; terrific field staff; cheerful environment; get to work with leading-edge products, partners, and customers on some quite cool systems... Have considered working elsewhere, but the tech and the people I work with every day are what keep me here. I'd honestly give a 4 or maybe a 4.5, but feel the need to counter-balance a couple of angry 1-star votes...
Cons
Work/life balance is not great. Partly the nature of the beast; partly due to tighter "financial discipline" than other companies I've worked at. Other reviews lay out historical challenges, but key appointments to leadership have greatly improved operational health and company trajectory.
