      Pros

      Very supportive work environment, they really do have a culture of we can all get along even if we have different views on business objectives. Being able to debate what is the best way to do something without it becoming a dividing issue is empowering.

      Cons

      Still working on getting all of the Policies in place which means that some of the work product you have to pick up as you go.
