Pros

Working from home and getting a laptop to work from along with some other equipment

Cons

I’m not sure where to start but in a whole, I would not recommend working for Lyphe. There is no room for progression, unless you happen to be someone’s favourite, then they might bump up your role. The team had to practically cry on a meeting to get a pay rise. Prior to that, there was no chance of getting a pay rise. The SMT are shady as hell and don’t have each-others back let alone the people below them. No professionalism in this company. No perks or benefits. They started introducing just a few because again, we were crying about it for ages! The staff retention is so poor but not surprising after mentioning the above. The SMT seem to think being ‘mean’ and ‘micro managing’ staff is the right way to keep staff in the business or being productive. They had very unrealistic expectations on top of that. It honestly could be great but unfortunately it is far from.

Pros

Wish I could think of some

Cons

Since my time working for Lyphe, they made all the remote team working for the clinic redundant because they would not relocate to farnborough, then months after they done the same to dispensary green remote workers and pharmacy team. There are no incentives to relocate, and the option is ‘stay or leave’; however, they allow HR and some senior management to work remotely, funny that! They expect the redundant staff to work months before they are entitled to their pay so that they can train their replacements, which is just cruel. Then they constantly post their ‘praise the senior management’ Lyphe Matters to big themselves up & expect staff recently told they were being made redundant that they were expected to participate in ‘team building’ mornings. Today they post on LinkedIn that 13 people have joined Lyphe over the last 12 months, but failed to mention that over 15 have been made redundant, instantly dismissed or walked due to the daily abuse and pressure. Upper management treat everyone inferior and have obvious favourites, if your face does not fit it’s made pretty obvious; however, being a favourite gets you screamed, sworn and shouted at by them whenever they are under pressure, and blaming everyone for their errors. I have also never known somewhere where you are told by patients about the administration and redundancies, at least they show some respect that these things should be shared with us, unlike the upper management, who brushed the ‘leak’ about DG under the carpet until it suited them, despite it being on companies house!
