      People genuinely care about the success of our organization. They put client needs first and believe in partnerships that enable all to thrive.

      Younger company means more agility, but less defined process. Employees need to be comfortable navigating the undefined.

      The legacy company had a very long history of great people working for a common cause, the customer.

      Cons

      New leadership has come in and are cleaning out the legacy staff who have been behind the success of the company. They are eliminating positions to make way for AI and moving engineering to India.
