Pros

Training is great, they spend 1-2 weeks before getting you into the field.

Cons

Fast paced, if you're not used to a lot of accountability might not be the place for you.

Pros

They do pay $500 for the one week training. (on a 1099, so you owe taxes on that).BUT they also have you doing this sales pitch on the Saturday at the end of that, and if you can't do it...they don't pay you at all! There were 12 people in my class, and only 3 passed. I felt bad for the other 9. But they did pay me.

Cons

They have some leads, but they are selling a high rate 3.5% elevator PPA (25 year loan) that could possibly lead to a lien on someone's home. They are very shadowy, CEO is in India, no background on him. Matter of fact, all the glowing testimonials on their site I couldn't find the real people on LI or FBook. They super micro manage, recording your sales with homeowners, which is borderline illegal, and looked at me blankly when I said I had an HIS, which is the fingerprinting and background check all in home salespeople need to do in order to accept contracts, etc. I would be very surprised if this company lasts, and definitely feels like they aren't obeying many core laws in general. Run, don't walk.
