Great people are leaving, signs of a business in decline. Direction of the company and outlook for the future is bleak. Years spent sitting on the sidelines collecting money and patting ourselves on the back has resulted in the current market positioning and has allowed our competitors to make a big run at our expense. It might be too late to recover, especially if we continue to increase and promote middle management from departments with history of negligence and apathy for the customer experience.
