      None at all it was terrible unless you sold your soul to the company they pick favorites and put them in top selling communities then put people they don’t like in positions to fail aka slow traffic communities.

      Cons

      Terrible hours terrible pay terrible customers terrible management. The favoritism from management was unbearable
