      Pros

      They give you a lot of flexibility on how you want to work. They tend to focus on the output and let you handle how you want to get there. Pay is competitive as well ! Hierarchy is pretty flat and everybody is listened to.

      They expect a lot on the quality of the output. Process could be more mature
