Mixed feelings - Server M Shack Employee Review

Pay is awful and raises are rarely given, benefits nearly nonexistent, often asked/expected to work hours not scheduled for and if you don't stay late or come in when you're not scheduled you're looked down upon. Lazy coworkers get away with doing nothing and hard workers receive next to no recognition. Breaks are rarely allowed, unless in the case of a minor; then they're given reluctantly.
