Pros
Good team with good people, from HOD to team lead to team members.
Cons
Bureaucracy, so many departments and dependencies, with a lack of communication and unclear barrier. Some teams will cause chaos because they change something at their end and didn't bother to contact the downstream; some teams will keep asking for ad hoc requests, expecting us to cater to their needs ASAP. The team is SMALL and needs more capable people to handle the workload by the time I am still with them, but hiring is already freeze. Turnover rate is high; every month or so someone is leaving for good. Malaysia office HR is micromanaging, leading to tense atmosphere at the office.
