Pros
* Quarterly bonuses and incintives are given based off of resident's reviews/ratings. * Employees obtain a lot of knowledge and experience on basic home/apartment maintenance. * If you're inexperienced, they are willing to train you. * My starting pay was decent at roughly $13/hr
Cons
* Management strives to make sure properties are always looking perfect, that they disregard the needs of the employees. * An increase in hourly pay was discussed, but never followed through with. * I have applied to transfer to about 10 different MAA properties,(to be closer to home and save gas) and have been denied every time.
