MAA is a very stable company and from my experience, employees stay for years because of this. I absolutely loved the people I worked with at every property in my region, so they definitely have a reputation for hiring good people!
Cons
Very stingy when it comes to raises, bonuses, and commissions. Pay less than other property management companies, however, you trade money for stability. Depends on what matters most to you personally.
