      Pros

      Flexible hours, a relaxed atmosphere, the other employees are usually nice, and the discounts are nice if you want to paint your car.

      Cons

      TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, they don't pay enough for the stress, you are thrown to the wolves, not enough training, and the advertising misleads customers greatly.
