They will hire you on at a decent pay rate and offer bonuses but once they find someone who will work cheaper then they try to “shift positions” on a 1 day notice with an ultimatum to demote yourself air make you quit so they don’t have to pay you unemployment. Some of their body techs drink alcohol at lunch and are drunk on the job and pick fights with other workers and management won’t do anything except say that’s a problem, keep them as employees and terminate you for saying anything. Plenty other places want body techs and offer bonuses and incentives, this place should be your last resort
