Pros

Excellent entry point into clinical research for physicians and healthcare professionals. Strong opportunities to develop an understanding of clinical trial conduct, patient safety, and research methodology. Both the Early Phase and Late Phase departments provided supportive working environments, each offering different experiences and learning opportunities. Collaborative multidisciplinary teams and unique exposure to psychedelic research were particular highlights.

Cons

As with any organisation, processes and communication can occasionally be improved. The pace of work can vary significantly between studies, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Pros

None worth noting. The organisation appears more focused on internal interests than meaningful growth or quality outcomes.

Cons

Senior management lacks accountability and appears driven by personal gain rather than the company’s long-term success. Leadership decisions, particularly at the executive level, do not reflect a clear strategy for sustainable growth or talent development. There are serious concerns around leadership within project management. All managers at Project Management demonstrates a lack of capability in the role, contributing to low morale and employee turnover. Despite this, the individual remains in position, seemingly due to internal influence rather than merit. The culture does not support or retain talent. High-performing individuals are often sidelined or pushed out, while favoritism and internal alliances take precedence.Any individual joining the organisation may find themselves compromising professional standards, as the environment does not encourage integrity, quality, or best practices. Overall, there is little emphasis on delivering high-quality clinical outcomes, with preference given to maintaining the status quo.
