Good benefits, good vacation time. Very open to transferring people to new locations if requested, including internationally. Great social culture and connection to the international market.
Great place to go and cut your teeth on some great projects.
Cons
Potential for advancement and annual reviews are benchmarked against VERY generic career development guidance. Line managers do little to truly engage and any career goals you have are 100% on the employee. There is no 'yes, and' encouragement or supplemental knowledge provided by managers. Overhead staff for North America is pitiful. HR, IT, Office Management, Business development is all bare minimum. They have PM staff doing overhead jobs, even as they grow.
