Awful experience - Senior Social Media Specialist MAD Solutions Employee Review

Very toxic environment, with no work-life balance, favouritism, groupism, hierarchy based on whether the management likes you or not, way too different salaries in one team with no consideration of the work experience, no constructive feedback given on submitted tasks, awful upper and middle management, there’s no fairness ever, it’s all about the show not actually the work done, nothing ever changes no matter how many complaints said.
