Cons
Upper management fosters a toxic culture where employees are openly idealized or bullied. There's a high turnover rate and poor benefits. Both the leaders and the work are generally unstable. Despite a warning from an acquaintance about the office's social dynamics, I still chose to join. I would not recommend this environment to anyone.
