Management (Manager , TL, every one) Changing process day by day (more than a person change a cloths on daily basis) Work load Manual work (no automation) Promotion (if you need promotion then you need to make happy to entire management on the floor, and others teams Manager will decide whether you diserve that promotion or not , who don't even know you better) Nothing is alligned HR is a 3rd party ( you will not be knowing who will be your HR or to whome you should contact for any thing) Multiple tools, ( you can't even count on your fingers) At the end increment (Very less) better not have it
