Mid-size DoD contractor with large company perks and small company feel - Director MANTECH Employee Review

All of my senior leadership are excellent, down to earth guys. MANTECH is big enough to be able to compete with larger peers when it comes to benefits but small enough so you don’t feel like a small cog in a big machine. I truly feel like there’s a focus on people here. My current MANTECH tenure is the longest of any job I’ve had in the last 15 years with no plans to leave anytime soon either.
