Corporate - Anonymous employee MANTECH Employee Review

It's a sweat shop, far too many Corporate data calls that take precedence over customer deliverables. The Corporate leadership doesn't care about their new employees, i.e., getting them the help they need to actually succeed at MT. Their month-end schedule is so aggressive that you can work up to 70/hrs week just to get by....they treat you like second-class citizens, they are unprofessional and rude during meetings. I wouldn't advise anyone to work in the PCA field there. Their attrition rate for PCAs is astounding.....do yourself a favor and run from any MT PCA job openings.
