- When I first joined I was thrown into my program. My manager was transparent about this and honestly it wasn't so much a con for me cause once at a Senior level you should be ready to familiarize yourself with the tools the first two weeks. For anyone not used to this it it could be a bit shocking, but management and everyone else works with you to get you up to speed and to a comfortable place going into week 3.
- Any thing in recruiting is fast paced, so if your not up to the challenge of keeping up with candidates on a daily bases/weekly then Technical Recruiting will be a challenge for you. But if you like a challenge it is excited and fulfilling to be able to place someone on a position they are excited about joining.
