Pros
ManTech is a company with real family values and care for every employee. From a new hire to a seasoned vet, everyone is seen, everyone is noticed, everyone is family.
Cons
Downsides as compared to what? The last company I worked for was great, I left there to relocate to my current location, a place my previous employer was not located. Downsides, down sides, the only downside I can come up with is we use Gmail for business and it is awful.
