Customer centric culture and great co-workers. Great benefits and employee discounts. Most supervisors are approachable and understand that life happens.
Cons
Salary- starts lower than many positions at other companies due to location of the company (not in a city). Often management does not understand the needs of particular positions and units due to never having worked the job themselves.
