10yWe’re sorry to hear you are unhappy in your experience working for MAPFRE Insurance. This is valuable feedback that we can use for planning future communications and activities to ensure all employees feel supported by their peers and managers and are given enough information to feel informed. We recently surveyed our employees about how to make MAPFRE Insurance a Great Place to Work and plan to do so again in the coming year. Many employee suggestions for improvement have been implemented and we’re looking forward to doing even more in the near future. We take our employee experiences seriously and want to do the best we can to make MAPFRE a great place to work.
