Pros
Great occupiers in the buildings. Some staff are lovely and genuine.
Get to create an environment and role that suits you and there’s a lot of room for freedom with that. They do have great perks such as Hekka and private health care and dental care.
A creative role.
Cons
They may say in your interview that there is so much room for growth and career progression. This is a lie.
MAPP is a large company and all the roles are filled. - unless you know the right people and a role can be created in no time.
The key staff are extremely clicky and if you don’t fit in with the right people, consider yourself irrelevant and pushed out.
They say they value your work and what you do for the company, going above and beyond, until you want to move forward and progress further. Then all of a sudden, they say you don’t have any experience or knowledge when you have shown time and time again that you do.
MAPP is a good place to gain experience to add to the cv, but you’re never going to be truly be part of the team…
