Pros
For starters, my manager is the absolute best. He has become a life coach/mentor for me. The culture is amazing. I love everyone I work with. It's a booming market to sell in. Ideal work life balance, especially once you've developed your territory. TONS OF RESOURCES!!!
Cons
The only cons I can think of are already in the process of changing. Sales reps wear a lot of hats and I have spent more time than I'm comfortable with on non revenue producing tasks. They pay structure was not ideal, again, things they are in the process of changing. Would like to see more opportunity for bonuses.
